At Cotes of London, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for your records to track the shipment.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
